Welcome to Isla Noir, Returns and Refunds Policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Pre-Orders

Our first drop is available to pre-order ahead of the official 08.08 launch.

Pre-order items are not dispatched immediately. Orders will begin shipping from 08.08, after the official launch.

If you need to amend your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, we may not be able to make changes. Your statutory cancellation and return rights are not affected.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for items that:

  • Are unworn and unused
  • Are in their original packaging
  • Are returned in the same condition they were received

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@islanoir.co.uk with your order details and photos of the issue where possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
