All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
Pre-Orders
Our first drop is available to pre-order ahead of the official 08.08 launch.
Pre-order items are not dispatched immediately. Orders will begin shipping from 08.08, after the official launch.
If you need to amend your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, we may not be able to make changes. Your statutory cancellation and return rights are not affected.
Orders
When you place an order with Isla Noir, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and selected product size or style.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is an issue with payment, stock availability, pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend an order where necessary, including where an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where we identify an issue with the order.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Shipping
Shipping times, costs, and delivery information are set out in our Shipping Policy.
For pre-order items, orders will begin shipping from 08.08, after the official launch.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
For online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. Once you have told us you would like to cancel or return your order, you then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition, unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
